The program is provided by Europ Assistance USA, a leader in the travel assistance industry. The program is offered at no cost to employees covered by UH’s life and AD&D insurance.

When you request assistance, you will need to provide UH as your employer, a phone number where you can be reached, nature of your problems, your travel assistance ID number, GLD-09012, and UH’s policy number, GL044252.
