All UH employees and theirs families are eligible for:

  • Counseling – For stress, marital and relationship concerns, alcohol and drug addiction, financial concerns, depression, anxiety, and grief
  • Advice and referrals – Child and elder care resources, referrals to community resources, and support groups
  • Education sessions – Brown bag lunches on topics like parenting, financial planning, and legal issues
