The program offers qualified UH employees up to $15,000 in forgivable loans for down payments and/or closing costs for the purchase of an owner-occupied home in Greater University Circle.

In addition, the program offers up to $8,000 for home renovation and rental assistance options for employees moving into the specified neighborhoods.

To be eligible, employees must be regular full-time and have at minimum 90 days of service with University Hospitals. For eligibility questions, contact the University Hospitals HR Service Center at 1-877-HR1-Place (1-877-471-7522).
