Enroll for 2015 Benefits

Open enrollment – November 4 to November 19, 2014 – is your opportunity to review your 2015 options and choose benefits that work best for you and your family. This year, the steps you need to take depend on your employee group:

  • Parma and Elyria Medical Center employees must enroll through Employee Direct Access (EDA) during open enrollment to have benefits in 2015. Your benefits are changing as part of the transition to the UH plans, so it’s important to understand your options and make an active choice.
  • For all other UH employees, your current 2014 benefit elections will carry over under the new 2015 tier structure and contribution rates if you don’t take action (except flexible spending account (FSA) elections and selling PTO/vacation). You must enroll via EDA to make changes to your current benefit elections, enroll in an FSA plan or sell PTO during open enrollment.
