UH recognizes that our needs may change as we grow older. The Eldercare Benefit provides an employee discount for you and your eligible family members on assisted living at UH extended care facilities and care and educational services for seniors.
You can enroll if you are a regular status active employee working 17.5 hours per week. These individuals are also eligible:
- Retirees
- Spouses and same-sex domestic partners
- Parents or in-laws

- Grandparents or grandparents-in-law
- Your adult children and their spouses
- Your siblings and their spouses
